We congratulate Joe Geary on his retirement from the City of Waterbury. Joe was the guy we approached back in 2006 to plan our first car show on Freight Street to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Tower Grill. Twelve years later and we worked with him on more Freight Street shows, the cruises at Municipal Stadium, and the annual cruise through town after our Wendy’s cruise. He is a true friend to the entire car cruising community in Waterbury and went out of his way every time to make sure we had everything we needed to make cruises successful. A well deserved retirement to a real asset to the City of Waterbury. His insight and assistance will be deeply missed.
