Josephine B. Mack, age 89, of Stratford, died on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at St. Mary Hospital in Waterbury. Mrs. Mack was the loving and beloved wife of the late Joseph L. Mack.

Mrs. Mack was born in Bridgeport to the late Joseph and Lena (Radziwilko) Kulikowski and had been raised in Fairfield. She was retired from Read’s Department Store where she had been employed as a secretary and had formerly worked at Bryant Electric.

Josephine had a very special group of friends whom she knew for most of her life that she cherished. They shared a lifetime of wonderful experiences amongst themselves and their children growing up. One group in particular, was from high school. For over 65 years, they continued to meet every Friday night socially and to play cards. She also enjoyed playing Bridge with several groups over the years.

Mrs. Mack leaves two loving daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Joel Eisenberg and Gayle and Lou Ouellet; one dearly loved grandson and his wife, Andrew and Samantha Ouellet; one sister, Anne Rotzal; and several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Monday, August 24, 2015 at 9:15 am at the Pistey Funeral Home, 2155 Main Street, Stratford and at 10:00 am at St. Mark Church, 500 Wigwam Lane, Stratford with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Sunday from 3 pm to 5 pm.
