OCALA, Fla. — Helen B. Wisneski passed away under the loving care of her family and Hospice of Marion County in Ocala, Fla., on Sunday, July 11, 2010.She was born in Terryville, Conn., on May 26, 1921, to Martha and Leon Murawski. She leaves her beloved husband, Frederick, to whom she had been married for 67 years. Together they owned and operated the Austin House Hotel for 39 years before retiring and moving to Ocala, Fla. She was a member of Blessed Trinity Church in Ocala and St. Casimir’s Church in Terryville, Conn., where she belonged to the Rosary Society.

Beside her husband, she is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Allan Goodwin of Ocala, and Ann and John Iosa of Southbury; grandchildren, David and Robert Goodwin, and Sgt. Michael (serving in Afghanistan) and Danielle Iosa; and five great-grandchildren.

She served many and will be missed by her family and friends. She was a faithful servant to our Lord and surely she is with him in eternal life.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 16, 2010, at Blessed Trinity Church, Ocala. A memorial Mass and interment will be held at St. Casimirs Church, Terryville, in August.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Marion County, Ocala, Fla., or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Memphis, Tenn.
